The Eagle Business Planner was developed to simplify everyday processes in small and medium-sized businesses. Eagle offers several modules for this purpose, such as the weekly planner.
Here the management can divide the employees, enter the working hours and easily convert this overview into PDF or Excel. This means the employees always know which customers they have to be with and have an overview of whether they have submitted all timesheets. If there is a change, you will also receive direct notification via a push notification.
In addition to the weekly planner, there is also the maintenance planner. This allows you to manage maintenance contracts. You can set the maintenance cycle and always have an overview of which maintenance is due soon and which maintenance still has time. After a maintenance appointment, you can log your results and have enough space to add your own files to this log.
Our newest module, the tool book, allows you to always keep track of your tools. You always know which employee has your tool. You can also manage possible test dates for your tool here. If your tool disappears one day, you can track down the employee who last had it.
