How can you effectively lower your risk of colon cancer?

Colorectal cancer can be cured 100% if it is recognized in time. The health insurance companies in Germany cover the costs for the screening for early diagnosis from the age of 50. With colonoscopy (colonoscopy), preliminary stages of colon cancer, known as polyps, are removed endoscopically without much effort. Tumors can also be identified in this way in early stages with a high chance of healing.
