Meter reading: the meter reading can be reported either via image recognition, voice input or manual input.
Contract: all contracts are displayed clearly and per consumption point. Possible exchange offers are listed and a contract change can be carried out quickly and easily in the app.
Billing: Billing plans can be viewed and adjusted depending on the point of consumption.
Invoice: Using the filter option, invoices are displayed by date or invoice class and can be downloaded as PDF.
Consumption: Consumption data can be displayed and compared graphically or in a detailed view for each energy type.
News area: in this area current information about key topics or campaigns can be viewed.
Customer data: personal data can be viewed and managed and other customer accounts can be linked.
Postbox: as an online customer, personalized messages such as contract confirmations are delivered to your personal mailbox.
Push notification: if consent has been given, push messages such as a reminder of an upcoming meter reading report or a notice of a power outage will be delivered.
