အင်န်ဂျီလ်ဆိုသောစကားလုံးသည်အရဗီဘာသာစကားလုံးဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ဂရိဘာသာအားဖြင့် “Euangelion” မှဆင်းသက်လာကာ သတင်းကောင်းဟူသောအဓိပ္ပာယ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထိုအင်န်ဂျီလ်သည်လွန်ခဲ့သောအနှစ် (၂၀၀၀) ခန့်ကအလ္လာဟ်အရှင်မြတ်ကိုယ်တော်တိုင်ဖွင့်ပြခဲ့သောကျမ်းစာစောင်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထိုကျမ်းထဲတွင်ဟဇရသ်အီစာအလ်မစီဟ်၏ဘဝအသက်ရှင်မှု၊ ဟောပြောသွန်သင်မှုများနှင့်ပတ်သက်သော သတင်းကောင်းကိုရေးသားပြောဆိုထားပါသည်။ အလားတူ အီစာ၏ “ဆွဟာဗီ” နောက်လိုက်များအားဖြင့် ကမ္ဘာတစ်ဝှမ်းတွင် ပျံ့နှံ့ခဲ့သော အီစာ၏သွန်သင်မှုများ၊ နှုတ်ထွက်စကားတော်များ အကြောင်းကိုလည်း ထိုကျမ်းထဲတွင်မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားပါသည်။

ဤကျမ်းစာအုပ်သည်မြန်မာဘာသာဖြင့် အထူးဘာသာပြန်ထားသောစာအုပ်ဖြစ်သည်။ ဤကဲ့သို့ ဘာသာပြန်ဆိုရခြင်းမှာ အင်န်ဂျီလ်ကျမ်းတော်မြတ်ကိုစာဖတ်သူများ လွယ်ကူစွာနားလည်နိုင်ရန်ဖြစ်သည်။ ဘာသာပြန်သူများသည် မူရင်းဂရိဘာသာစကားနှင့် နှိုင်းယှဉ်၍လည်းကောင်း၊ နောက်ခံသမိုင်းကြောင်းများကို လေ့လာ၍လည်းကောင်း၊ အတွေ့အကြုံများပြားသော အကြံပြုပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များနှင့် တိုင်ပင်၍လည်းကောင်း အထူးဂရုစိုက်လျက် ဘာသာပြန်ဆိုထားပါသည်။ ထို့ကြောင့် ဤကျမ်းစာစောင်ကို မူရင်းအဓိပ္ပာယ်အတိုင်း အတိအကျဘာသာပြန်ဆိုထားကြောင်း တာဝန်ယူပါသည်။

"Injil" is an Arabic word which comes from the Greek "euangelion", which means Good News. The Injil Sharif is the Scripture revealed by Allah about 2000 years ago. It tells the Good News about the life and the teaching of Hazarat Isa al Masih. It also contains records about how the message of Isa spread over the world through his early followers.

This is a special edition in Myanmar language. Its goal is to enable the readers to easily understand the message of the Holy Injil. The editors took great care to compare the text with the Greek original, study the historical background and consult with experienced scholars, so that it faithfully carries the original meaning.
