IVENA eHealth (interdisciplinary medical care certificate) is a web-based system for dispatching emergency services, which is used in numerous regions in Germany and Austria. You can find more information on this at http://www.ivena.de.

When the central control center is deployed, the rescue service transmits the initial diagnosis using the so-called PZC (patient assignment code). This app helps EMS personnel determine the correct PZC.

There is a new version of this app, the PZC app "with Plus". With the new design, it is easier to read and operate when in use. Customize the app to your preferences with light/dark mode. Choose multiple preferred control centers when traveling in more than one area. The "IVENA eHealth PZC+" app is now available in the store.
