App as an aid to self-help and to create synergies for northern Brandenburg. The app reports in word, video and audio of 150 self-help groups in the area Oranienburg, Uckermark, Schwedt, Perleberg and Eberswalde and is part of the complete standardization of self-help apps in the state of Brandenburg and Berlin.
