The LANDESARBEITSGEMEINSCHAFT SELBSTHILFE BRANDENBURG e.V. (LAG-SH) is the umbrella organization of currently 18 self-help associations for people with disabilities and chronic diseases and their relatives.

The LAG-SH is a non-profit association that supports its members in common matters and in close coordination at all levels as well as by educating and informing the public.

The work of the voluntary association of associations for self-help work is characterized by mutual cooperation and solidarity.

Under the principles of self-determination, self-advocacy, inclusion and equal participation in all areas of life, the LAG-SH advocates the legal and actual equality of disabled and chronically ill people and their relatives.

It looks after the interests of all disabled people in the state of Brandenburg and is politically and religiously independent.
