Especially in the security sector, all services require meticulous logging of all actions (tours, piercing points/checkpoints, tasks to be carried out, conditions to be checked such as “door closed” or “lights off”) that are carried out by the security forces or security guards on site. These logs are requested by insurance companies, for example, as proof for billing and as evidence in the event of incidents.
Furthermore, so-called intervention operations – which can be created via both the app and web application – can alert security staff via push notifications on your mobile device. Intervention missions are situations in which security personnel immediately need help or support from other colleagues during an on-site tour.
