The spare parts registration via the NRail Parts App allows a clear identification and assignment to relevant vehicle groups. The selected spare parts are documented by storing the product information. Technically necessary approvals, certificates and other status descriptions are optional. All necessary information about suppliers, locomotive types and assemblies are stored in scroll menus and can be assigned directly.

Another important component is the description of the condition of the spare parts via photos. The parts are photographed from different perspectives. The order and topics of at least 3 recordings are given. Optionally, up to 10 photos per spare part are possible.
