The app "Climate-adjusted tree species selection mobile" is a supplement to the climate-adjusted tree species selection of the Northwest German Forest Research Institute (https://www.nw-fva.de/BaEm/). It provides mobile information about the recommended forest development goals for a given location. This can either be determined by the GPS in the mobile device or selected manually by the user in the map view. The recommendation is displayed directly on the device when connected to the network. If there is no network connection, the query is saved and can be downloaded later. The individual recommendations can be collected in the app. By renaming the individual queries, the list of recommendations remains clear.
