You will be surprised on your first visit, because we do not have any fitness equipment as you are used to. It is important to us that everyone can move freely.
In small groups, you train with cable pulls, dumbbells and barbells, kettlebells, weight bags, your own body weight and other various small devices.
What is trained? Mobility, coordination, strength and endurance.
The training plans are put together with years of experience (since 2015). Nothing is left to chance. We want you to be successful and have fun.
Each unit lasts 60 minutes and a maximum of 6 trainees are registered. For this to work, our members can register via an online calendar, for which there is also an app for smartphones.
Everyday life is complicated enough. Our training and process is simple, fast and safe.
It's not just physical training! You will also receive support for at home with training and nutrition plans, which are also individually tailored and put together.
