DESCRIPTION OF THE APP
period. offers you:
- a diary in which you can record your period pains and other complaints,
- an overview of your collected diary entries,
- bundled medical expert knowledge, for example about the cycle, self-help measures, information about diseases such as endometriosis and
- Instructions on exercises such as aroma self-massage, yoga and acupressure.

If you are a returning participant, please register. You then go through the registration process until you go to your health insurance company. You will then get your old profile back.

INTENDED PURPOSE
period. is a Class I medical device according to the Medical Device Regulation (MDR). The digital health application is intended to support and empower girls and women with menstrual pain to relieve their menstrual pain. The app is not intended to replace medical diagnostics and treatments.
