Training app for people with COPD developed by pulmonologists and sports scientists. Due to the individually selectable training severity levels, people with severe COPD can also carry out the training programs and thus improve their general fitness. Five training programs each consisting of five exercises for strengthening, mobilization and stretching plus endurance training provide a good basis for lung sports at home. Only a few simple tools such as an exercise mat (for floor exercises), water bottle, towel, exercise band and a stepper / step are required to carry out the exercises. All exercises are first explained in detail in video instructions and can then be carried out together with the virtual trainer. The virtual trainer gives practical advice and tips during your own training phase for the correct execution of the exercises.
