InfoOffice helps you to search and archive documents. InfoOffice is a document management application for existing installations of the InfoOffice suites. You may need additional modules for your server installation.

Do you want to access documents that contain specific text? Enter the text and start the search. All documents containing this text will be displayed.

Would you like to define a date range in which to search for documents? Select this interval and the documents saved in this interval will be displayed

Discover the "Archive" function to archive documents immediately. You have the option of defining rights to the documents to be archived, selecting a container in which the document is to be stored and determining the document type (photo, PDF).
