The S signature folder lets you approve or reject payments while on the move and keeps you up to date on pending payment orders in your company. And completely regardless of where you are. In the hotel, at the airport, at a conference and also in the office without having to use the stationary financial software.

Get a clever tool on your phone or tablet with which you can approve EBICS payment orders in no time at all, regardless of location and time. The app uses the distributed electronic signature (VEU) for this.

FUNCTIONS
• Have a clear overview of all payment orders that are available for approval
• You can view, approve or reject payments in detail or collectively
• You can easily authorize payments by swiping: release = green, cancellation = red
• You can easily transfer your existing bank keys via QR code from the corporate customer portal of the Sparkassen, from SFirm with an EBICS license or StarMoney Business with a Plus Package or EBICS license. You do not need to re-authorize your bank
• It is also possible to set up bank access from other financial programs. Simply speak to your corporate customer advisor about another EBICS participant
• The integration of your bank accounts with other institutions is just as easy thanks to the multi-bank capability of the app

SAFETY
• You conclude each authorization with an ES password. This cannot be saved so that only you can complete payments
• High security features, the multi-level password protection and your biometric features guard all data and prevent the use of the app by strangers, e.g. if the phone or tablet is lost

HINTS
• In order to use the S signature folder, no integration into your company network or into already used payment systems is necessary
• The prerequisite is the provision of your financial data in the EBICS standard (from version 2.5), HBCI is not supported
• Supported EBICS order types: HPB, HVZ, HVT, HVE, HVS, HEV, INI, HIA
• The app can be used free of charge for 10 days. The functions must then be activated
• You can find out the conditions under which the S signature folder 2 is made available to you by your Sparkasse from your corporate client advisor
