Ease of use of the "Better Sleep app":

Operating this sleep app is designed to be simple and clear. The first menu item at the top left (button with Music Icon) you lay out which background music you want to fall asleep listening to you.
After you choose the second menu item (the button with the mouth) from up to three different whispers modules.

In the third step (Button with dial), you can separately be mixed together, as best sounds for you the volume of music and whisper. Try the best of the same with earplugs. Moreover, you lay here down the pause length between two Flüsterfragmenten.

Behind the play button (the fourth menu item) then hides another button to start your sleep experience.
