Japanese cuisine is characterized by lots of fish and seafood, fresh ingredients and few spices. Value is placed on emphasizing the own taste of the food. Sushi in particular is very popular in Germany.

In 2013, Japanese cuisine was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Japanese diet is not only tasty, but the key to a long life.

We therefore draw from an ancient Japanese art that has been passed down from generation to generation. We combine centuries of tradition with modernity.

Our concept is a modern take on Japanese gastronomy combined with the craftsmanship of the past to recreate Japanese cuisine for today.
