Digitalization in healthcare will be indispensable in the future: It offers many advantages. The various digital applications are summarized under the term e-health.

*E-health at uniVersa - what is it?*

With e-health, you have access to your health data anytime, anywhere – quickly and securely. You can also easily exchange your health data with doctor's offices, pharmacies, and hospitals.

The e-health world includes, for example, e-prescriptions and the electronic patient record (ePA).

Effective immediately, we enable you to participate in e-prescriptions at participating doctor's offices – we will then provide you with the electronic patient record in 2026.

Of course, participation is entirely voluntary.

*These are your benefits:*

• With Online Check-In, you can register at your doctor's office.
• You can easily receive prescriptions digitally – including follow-up prescriptions.
• Pre-order medications conveniently via the app.
• Prescriptions are always available digitally in your uniVersa E-Health app.
• You can submit e-prescriptions directly via the uniVersa Invoice app.

*Who can use the E-Health app?*

If you have full private health insurance with us, you can use the uniVersa E-Health app.

Currently, the uniVersa E-Health app is only available to policyholders. We are already working on making the benefits available to co-insured persons (e.g., spouses or children).

*What do you need?*

• Registration for the uniVersa customer portal
• Your health insurance number (KVNR)
• An ID card with online ID function
• The uniVersa e-health app and the gematik e-prescription app
• An NFC-enabled smartphone

*How can you activate or register?*

1. Log in to the uniVersa customer portal.

2. You can activate your account in the customer portal via the "E-Health" menu item.

3. Please then register in your uniVersa e-health app with:

• ID card with online ID function
• Health insurance number (KVNR)
• Date of birth
• Postal code
