The "Viatos" app is a mobile client and can only be used in conjunction with the Viatos travel expense solution!

The privacy-friendly smartphone app for mobile travel expense management as a supplement to your Viatos solution.
Travelers can create new trips with their basic data and photograph receipts with their smartphone while they are on the go. The documents uploaded via the app are available to the traveler as well as authorized approvers and, if necessary, secretariats to view the entire workflow.
Authorized users can approve travel requests (before the trip) and travel expense reports (after the trip) quickly and easily via the app. The approver immediately sees the most important travel data and can approve or reject the application with one click.
The app can be used for every Viatos solution in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) operation from the Viatos data center and for the Viatos in-house solution on the customer's own infrastructure.
