Functions at check-in: the Visitor Validation application enables the validation of tickets, vouchers and coupons from the VisitorApp platform using a smartphone. The corresponding tickets can be scanned in the form of a QR code and the application then checks them for validity. If a ticket is valid, additional information or details are displayed, such as the customer name, the validity date and the name of the ticket. In order to use the application, a code is generated in the backend of the VisitorApp platform, which legitimizes the tickets offered by the provider.
