All data is logged passively. This means: no battery drain!
Also everything remains on your device - no data is sent to any server. It's just yours.

A: So - the assets of this DataLogger:
- hasslefree access to the data: just export the database!
- noone except you gets access to the data
- location data is more fine grained than google timeline as it logs ALL location events generated by your phone
- it's only purpose is to log data for YOU - not for any other service / company
- free, ad-free

Q: How does it then pay off for the developer?
A: It doesn't! I build this app primarily for my own to get my own data from my phone. I was tired of all kinds of companies knowing more about my phone and phone usage than I do. Also most of those services/Apps/companies don't allow proper export of my own data. Well - and ifI do code the app for myself already - I can also publish it for you as well ...
