The application citizen complaint will allow citizens to make complaints in four ways:

 "Anonymous"
 "Personal"
 "Through Proxy"
 "Through Legal Representative"

In which you can report acts of corruption committed by state officials, because we all must take care of public resources and avoid, where possible, that these resources are used improperly and endangering transparency and efficiency in the work of institutions governmental.
