How does it work
In the goal section of the app, there you can add goals as well as the necessary steps in order to achieve those goals. Everyday, you must then log the actions that you took towards that goal. We give you one point for every log that you did that day. The next day you must then reach the same amount of points that you accumulated the day before, however it is recommended that you push yourself to do at least one more than you did yesterday. These logs are best done after you have done the task needed for the goal or at the end of the day where you can then assess the tasks that you did towards the goal.
