The APP has been designed and developed in such a way that the buildings, real estate units and/or systems undergoing maintenance, taking advantage of the geolocation of the real estate and plant objects with respect to the position of the device, can be 'visible' on the APP only if the device on which the APP is present (mobile phone or tablet) is within a radius of 200 meters from the object on which the maintenance intervention must be carried out.
The APP is also able to exploit the technology of NFC TAGS which can be positioned directly on real estate objects and on the systems to be maintained. If the TAGs are present, by simply 'reading' them via the device the operator will be able to view on the APP all the interventions to be carried out and all the documentation relating to the object to be maintained which can be downloaded directly onto the device (think for example of a maintenance booklet of a system).
The maintenance APP offers the maintenance worker the advantage of being able to record the outcome of a maintenance activity and upload the relevant photographic kit to the system directly on site after having carried out the intervention, thus reducing the time and making the methods of closing a building simpler. intervention relating to a fault ticket. At the same time, the client has the advantage of having the updating and progress of maintenance activities in real time while at the same time monitoring the presence of maintenance workers directly on the intervention sites.
