This application, reserved for the technical staff of Sidief S.p.A., allows you to detect the building maintenance status of the Company's real estate units.

During the inspection it is possible to analyze the elements and equipment of the rooms that make up the property. For each component examined, the maintenance status can be indicated, determining the possibility of restoring or replacing the component itself. It is possible to take photographs and insert notes, for precise localization of any critical issues.

The output produced by the application allows you to program the work necessary for the renovation of the real estate unit. Furthermore, the precise indication of the maintenance status of the rooms that make up the apartment helps in calculating the works necessary for their restoration and enhancement.

The application can be installed on tablets and smartphones and works both online and offline.
