This application will allow the provision of assistance and information services to prevent the elderly, disabled and all citizens from feeling excluded from the surrounding environment.
Through the App they will be able to access any information regarding their territory, for example: opening hours of commercial activities, pharmacies, clinics, town hall, etc. as well as having the possibility of being connected at any time with staff responsible for assistance or with voluntary associations present in the Municipality; Given the above, the intervention proposed by the Municipality aims to promote solutions to problems of social hardship and fragility, through the creation of new social services and infrastructures and/or the improvement of existing ones, encouraging an increase in the number of recipients, also facilitating connection and accessibility to the territories in which the services themselves are located;
The objective is to create urban spaces which, by exploiting technologies, allow the subjects mentioned above to move independently, ensuring a greater level of safety, promoting social inclusion and increasing the capacity for action and the quality of relationships through the implementation of services that directly involve them, encouraging their participation.

The application is divided into 4 main sections:
* Town Hall Section: This space is designed to introduce the objectives of the administration, outline the duties and responsibilities of the councilors and councillors, describe the services of the municipal offices and the regulations in force. There are also a series of interactive functions in this section which aim to facilitate the interaction of the Municipality with citizens;
* Notices, News and Events Section: Through real-time push notifications, this section informs citizens about notices, news and events relevant to the life of the city. Instant communication helps create an informed and engaged community;
* Tourism Section: The area dedicated to tourism offers a complete overview of the points of interest and tourist attractions of the city and its surroundings. Each place is accompanied by a detailed description and, with a view to enriching the experience, an audio guide. Thanks to a navigator integrated into the app, visitors can plan their journeys between different destinations easily and independently;
* Where section: This section provides an elaborate guide to the main commercial activities and services available in the city. Each activity or service is accompanied by a comprehensive description, allowing citizens to discover and take advantage of local resources. Also in this case, an integrated navigator facilitates reaching each destination.
