The best part? You decide what you share. You can keep our app completely private and use it on your own, or you can choose to join a group with people who have the same goal to share tips and encourage each other to keep going.

What else? Together with one of the personal trainers from Global Sport Solutions, you can create a personalized plan to achieve your goals with workouts at the gym or at home. Consider this app the digital version of a Personal Trainer – providing you the information you need even when you are not training together.
