You know Lizz Görgl from the ski slopes of this world. She has achieved top performances in alpine ski racing for over 16 years, has over 30 years of training experience, is a state-certified ski instructor and fitness trainer, has additional training in strength training, training therapy and prevention according to Dr. Axel Gottlob made it and now passes on her knowledge as a lecturer.
