Centrovice Scan makes it easier for you to handle physical attachments when using SUMMAX. You take a picture of the voucher, approve and send. Then the document is sent to SUMMAX.

1. Open the app and sign in. You only need to log in the first time.
2. Take a picture of the voucher and decide if it is sharp enough. You can focus on the attachment by tapping the screen. You can also activate the phone's flash.
3. Approve the image with the check mark.
4. Write any. a note to the annex and approve the annex.
5. The appendix and a possibly. note is now transferred to SUMMAX.

The app allows you to facilitate the work with physical attachments so that you can more easily get an overview of your attachments in SUMMAX.
