EASY CHOICE OF BICYCLE WORKSHOP: Find a good workshop to service your bike, whether you are at home on a daily basis or on holiday with the family. You can always find a workshop with the right skills, so you can have your bike repaired and get back on the road quickly.

24/7 ORDERING SERVICE: Order when it suits you, and if you are unable to deliver it, the workshop offers to collect it for you. Help is never further away than your mobile phone. The workshop receives your order, for sure, regardless of when you have time.

USER-FRIENDLY EXPEDITION: When you order via the app, you have both the offer, the receipt and the documentation at your fingertips. You will be continuously informed about where your bike is in the process, and you always know where it is. The app provides an easy overview of your orders ‒ regardless of workshop.

EASY PAYMENT: When you get an offer via the app, you pay directly with either a credit card or Google Pay from the mobile wallet. You always only pay what is agreed in the offer.

COLLECTION: When you use the app, the workshop offers collection and delivery of your bike. If you do not wish to make use of the forwarded offer, you can either collect your bike from the workshop yourself or have it delivered back again for DKK 250. If the bike is serviced according to the offer, delivery costs will be included in the charge.

SECURITY: Your bike is insured during all transport and the drivers take care of your bike with care. If you are in doubt about anything, you are always welcome to contact the workshop that has your bike serviced. You can find the phone number for the workshop inside the app.


THAT'S HOW IT WORKS

YOU ORDER IN THE APP: You decide where your bike is to be picked up and returned. You can also deliver and collect yourself.

YOUR BIKE IS PICKED UP: Your bike will now be picked up by a driver and transported safely to the workshop.

BICYCLE AT WORKSHOP: The workshop will send you one or more offers, which you must respond to. Your bike will then be repaired.

BIKE DELIVERED WHERE YOU WANT: Your bike will now be shipped to the chosen location, after which you will receive a message when it has been delivered.

YOUR BIKE IS HOME AGAIN: Your bike is fixed and home again. You can always see in the app how far it is in the process.
