This is done through dialogue, where you share knowledge about opportunities and what is important to you in your life. This app is developed to support the collaboration between the healthcare professional and patient. As a patient, you will be guided to make considerations about what is important to you in your current situation. In some cases, a concrete decision support tool has been developed - DECISION HELPER.
