Do you think about how much you stand, walk, sit or sleep during a work day? With Motus you can become wiser about the distribution of your physical activity at work and in your free time.

Motus is part of a research project at the National Research Center for the Working Environment (NFA). It is a measuring system consisting of a sensor located on the thigh as well as an app. A SENS motion motion meter developed by SENS Innovation ApS must be used.

Knowledge of your physical activity is central to the preventive work environment work, as researchers can use the measurements to understand when work tasks, for example, become physically stressful or when you should get up when you have very sedentary work.
