In the strength training start-up, you get a personal program and follow-ups with the same instructor, so that you feel confident in performing the exercises and avoid injuries.

We offer small teams with a permanent instructor and safe training. It provides a good community, which is cultivated after the team with free coffee and fun in the cafe.

The center is staffed by trained staff who are constantly ready to help you with technique, new exercises or other questions.
