Our vision at Iluma Yoga is to be the conduit for awakening high consciousness, by illuminating rituals such as Yoga and Sauna through physical, intentional and spiritual practice. Our concept is simple: we are a small, boutique yoga studio and sauna focusing on quality with the aesthetic of the space and most importantly, the quality of our team members.
From the Latin root illuminationem meaning 'throw into light', our community at iluma can come together with genuine purpose to explore themselves through the path of Yoga. Iluma is a home, a soul-felt family understanding the need for luminosity in these achingly busy modern times.
SAUNA
Iluma Sauna (2024) is situated in the courtyard of our two-floored Iluma Yoga Studio (2021). Our sauna is a high end, luxury space for 16 guests with an outdoor cold bath and shower. We also have a spacious indoor changing room, with cold water & herbals teas on offer to quench your thirst.
We hold SAUNAGUS: 75 minute sessions as a tailored experience depending on the different gusmester, ranging from our two styles: hot and intense, to warm and soothing.
Therapeutic aromatherapy oils are poured onto hot stones, and the evaporating vapour is circulated around the space with towels & fans. Breathwork, guided meditation and curated playlists will perfectly partner the rest of the experience.​
