Pilates Cph was founded in 2008 by physiotherapist Camilla Bækholm and relaxation educator Gitte Peirano.

If you yourself have ambitions to become an instructor, Pilates Cph offers one of the best instructor educations in the industry; namely our basic Matwork Cph ™, and the superstructure Comprehensive Cph ™.

Our education is one of the few European - and the first in Denmark - which has obtained international approval from the world's largest association of Pilates instructors, the Pilates Method Alliance.
