At Sauna Yard, it's all about finding tranquility, community and balance.
We have created a place where you can feel the contrast between warmth and cold – in the middle of the city, but close to the tranquility of nature.
Sauna Yard consists of two large saunas, two cold water tubs, outdoor and indoor changing facilities with showers and lockers, and a cozy lounge area.
The large sauna is primarily used for sauna gus – guided experiences with experienced facilitators, where heat, steam and essential oils create a sensual and relaxing atmosphere.
The smaller sauna functions as an open sauna, where you are free to come and enjoy the heat at your own pace.
Next to it you will find Padel Yard, where you can combine activity and relaxation. Many people choose to take a trip to the sauna after a padel match – a perfect way to end the day.

We offer one combined membership that gives access to the entire Sauna Yard:
Open Sauna & Gus Membership – DKK 249/month. - as a member you get:
- Free access to the open sauna during all opening hours
- Access to all common facilities – cold water tubs, showers, indoor and outdoor changing rooms and lounge
- 50% discount on all saunagus sessions
The membership is flexible, easy to manage and gives you the opportunity to find your own rhythm – whether you come to relax alone, participate in gus, or combine it with paddle and socializing.
