The Government of Nepal is committed to providing quality health services. In order to do so, it has published documents such as the Policy on Quality Assurance in Health Care Services 2007, the National Health Policy 2019, the Nepal Health Sector Strategy (NHSS) 2015-20 and the Public Health Service Act 2018. Understanding that the essence of the health system is about people, shows that its value lies in being equitable, resilient and efficient. Use of smart technology for the delivery of health care services not only improves the quality service but also saves time and financial resources.
