What can you do with this app?
This app is for you if you want to level up your interval training.
You'll be able to monitor your pause times in your strength training. Get the optimum out of your time and never ever miss the ideal time to hit your next set. Set your rest dependend on your set time or keep it fixed. Your choice.
For box trainings you could specify more than one training interval. For example go for 15 seconds jump squats, followed by 30 seconds fast hands on the heavy bag, and ending the round with 15 seconds throwing hard punches and get half of your training time as rest.
If you just started your cardio workout you can increase training intervals every other round to warum up. Or in order to get you used to different interval times and managing your endurance better.
Not training alone? No problem, train with up to 4 buddys.
If you like your Interval set up you can save your timers to reuse them.
