The CTILG surge in 2005, dedicated to the communication with the deaf community. We provide translation, dissemination and development of materials in sign language. In 2010, we launched the first Dictionary of Portuguese Sign Language. In 2013, we were awarded the "Diploma of Merit - Accessibility and Mobility for All - The State of the Nation" and recognized as one of the top 50 best practices in the promotion of universal access in Portugal.
