the first application to estimate solar radiations in Algeria with a new theoretical approach used to establish the global radiation received on a horizontal surface, from a ground-based data,which is the duration of sunshine [hours].
The data used (duration of sunshine) are data measured over 10 years, by the National Office of Meteorology (ONM) from 2002 to 2012.
