Carrie, the owner and creator of Rustic Taco Bar, has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Her two passions in life are her family and cooking. Carrie is a self taught cook and it is through her family and friends ongoing support and praises in the kitchen that Carrie’s dream to open up a food truck has become a reality.
