Periodically collects sensor data in the background and presents periodic surveys to the user. Data from this application will be used to build models that predict and infer information about users from unrestricted sensors (e.g., accelerometers, step counters, and light detectors).

Location permissions are required to establish baseline truth about participants.

Phone permissions are required to detect wifi on/off state and reduce cellular data usage.
