Restify is a digital app which aims to provide evidence-based strategies to improve your sleep with a specific focus on South Asian population living in Hong Kong. The app is developed by the Li Chiu Kong Family Sleep Assessment Unit, Department of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
