DLMOLab is a Wear OS app that monitors your watch's light sensor. It then sends that light sensor data back to our servers, where we calculate your circadian rhythm and DLMO (Dim Light Melatonin Onset). That information is then displayed in the phone app for you to see and monitor your own circadian rhythm!
