Your use of the UVA ERAS App is subject to the Terms and Conditions you accepted upon downloading the app. By using the UVA ERAS app, you agree to be bound by those terms in effect at your time of use. Improper use of the app may result in your access to the app being terminated at the discretion of the UVA Health System.

UVA Health System reserves the right to modify the app or terminate access to it at any time and for any reason. UVA does not warrant that the functions or information contained in, or application services performed or provided by, the App will meet your requirements, that the operation of the application or application services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the application or application services will be corrected.
