This app is a tool to calculate property expenses, loans, rental yield and estimated cashflow. It can be used for selecting a new investment property or to keep track of the existing ones. This app is the newer version of the similar older app.

Costs, expenses, incomes and loans can be added dynamically and will be calculated accordingly.

Property details and results can be saved, edited and deleted. All data is kept locally in the device.
