Scouting is a classification called scout members who are aged between 11 to 15 years. An official scout becomes a raiser besides having turned 11 years of age also has completed the General Skill Requirements for Raft-level Scouting and Scouting in an inauguration ceremony led by his coach. Even though he was 11 but had not yet completed the Raft-Supporting SKU, the scout was referred to as Guest Raiser.
