It is important that you answer all the questions as instructed by your healthcare professional.

You have to answer the questionnaire whenever you go to the bathroom with the intention of defecating, or whenever you have an unwanted leak, be it solid, liquid or simply gas.

You have to fill out the questionnaire for at least THREE WEEKS (21 consecutive days).

By filling in the questionnaire, you will be able to reflect and motivate yourself with your progress, exerting a positive reinforcement in your evolution.

The healthcare professional will have a quick vision of his intestinal dysfunction, being able to focus on the most critical points, optimizing the consultation time.
