The Orce Tourist Guide app is a free tool part of the Unified Digital Street Map of Andalusia (CDAU) project and developed by the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalusia (IECA). History and Heritage: Orce is famous for its paleontological sites—Barranco León, Venta Micena, and Fuente Nueva—which have revealed tools and human remains up to 1.4 million years old, considered some of the oldest in Europe. It preserves historical monuments such as the Alcazaba de las Siete Torres, a converted Moorish fortress after several restorations and declared a Site of Cultural Interest. Also noteworthy are the Segura Palace—home to the Tourist Office and the Josep Gibert Paleontological Museum—and the majestic Church of Santa María, built on the site of an old mosque and reconstructed in the neoclassical style.

Activities: Visit the "Josep Gibert" Prehistory Museum, which exhibits fossils and locally found tools.
