Agent status management:
The Profile screen allows the agent to go online, log off, choose the type of break and log out when finishing their work activity.
Call management:
The Calls screen offers the agent a detailed list of incoming and outgoing calls with their date, time, duration, number and contact.
In addition, the agent can make an automatic callback without leaving the screen.
The Address Book screen shows the list of corporate contacts loaded in the database. Moby does not use the contacts saved on the phone to separate the agent's personal and work environment. For each contact, the name, number, email, company, etc. are displayed. And searches by name and direct calls to contacts can be performed.
From the Keypad, the agent can make a call to any number.
Message management:
From the Messages screen, the agent can effectively manage the messages received from WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Web chat, Instagram and Telegram.
During the conversation, the agent can send audios, videos, images, documents, choose predefined responses and transfer the chat to another agent.
